I ordered a custom basket for our 10th anniversary from Shirley at Perfect Gift, and we took some photos so you can all see what great work she does. Since it was for hubby, she did it in a Chicago Bears theme, complete with a "playing field" and a little bear, plus a wicker football full of lottery tickets. Go to the "Stateroom Gifts" option on the menu of my website at www.***************** and click the option to see the basket. It is SO cute!

I would also like to add what a beautiful job Shirley did for us! I ordered a purple beach bucket filled with beverages and goodies. In addition to that, I delivered a few other items to Shirley and she incorporated everything wonderfully. I would not hesitate to use their services again!

Does anyone know if the Magical Dreams package (from Disney's stateroom gifts catalog), with the Disney Magic pillowcase, is available again? When we last cruised in November, it wasn't, and the CS agent didn't know when/if it would be offered again. I was hoping to surprise the kids in May for the inaugural western. Can't imagine they would discontinue it--it has to be a great seller!
Thanks,

YES IT IS!! I called the other day and due to popular demand they added it back to the "menu" at Magical Treasures. I was so excited since we are going 3/2.

Great news! I don't suppose they are re-offering it at the former (almost reasonable) price...We'll buy two of them anyway!

Do you tell "The Perfect Gift" exactly what u want in basket or do u just say what occasion its for. Am celebrating our 25th anniversary and would like a surprise for DH.
Actually any ideas for a 25th anniversary basket? All suggestions welcome.

offwego - yes it was the same price. I only got charged the $27 - no tax.
My daughter saw this at a friends house and fell in love with it. She also is an avid reader and loved the book too. When we told her of the cruise we were taking, she freaked - "I CAN GET THE PILLOWCASE AND BOOK!" Imagine my surprise when I found out they discontinued it :(.
I figured I would call back again (don't know what made me do it), and wallah! It was back on. Didn't tell dd. Just had the card made out Welcome Aboard, Love Mickey. She is going to be soooo surprised.

MJ...
You can do either.
Call Shirley and tell her its your anniversary and leave it up to her
or.....
She can fix up whatever you want.
She did DD's with horses, ballet stuff and Dr. Pepper....and dd
still plays with the horse stuff around and I use the ballet mug...
of course, the DP is long gone....as is the candy.
It's up to you...but you can't go wrong...either way.

And I must say that Shirley has the BEST instincts!!
For my husband's basket, I had directed that it be filled with lottery tickets and she asked what he enjoyed. He loves football, so she went with that theme and it turned out beautifully.
We also had her do a basket for a Wonder crew member whose tastes we weren't sure of. I figured you can't go wrong with lottery tickets, but I had no clue as to the theme. Shirley came up with a treasure chest, complete with sand and seashells! We wanted it to be anonymous, so she also thought up some information for the gift card to mislead the recipient into thinking it was from someone in Florida. That was a truly inspired idea, as it worked perfectly! We had it sent between our trips, and when we arrived on our next one, the recipient had never figured it out. The look on her face when we told her was priceless. Shirley is a genius!

Thanks, I'm glad Shirley has the instinct because I have none.
I think thats what I would do, since I wouldn't know what to put in a 25th anniversary basket for a man. And i'm sure she's done plenty of them.
Thanks Phyllis and Barb and if you have any good ideas let me hear them.
