Vacation Details Page???

I've just booked my May 2008 stay (:banana: first one . . . whoo hoo:banana: ) and I'm eager to see the details of my reservation online.

Everytime I try to open this area, it says the information is not available (or something to that effect)


Has this page EVER worked or am I looking for something that will never come to be?:goodvibes

It had worked reliably since it was first launched over a year ago. But if you browse through the first page of topics on this (Mousecellaneous) board, you will see a couple of threads discussing this problem which has been going on since early October. As you will see from the discussions in those threads the problem has been reported to MS numerous times and the response has been that it's been reported to their "IT partners" and there is no information available on when it might be fixed.

In the meantime, check the Points Activity page. You will at least be able to confirm that a reservation was made for the correct dates and at the correct resort and for the correct number of points.
