Going to a crop [Archive] - The DIS Discussion Forums

As hard as it is to believe I'm going to my first crop at Archivers tomorrow night. I've gone to friends houses and had them over but I've never gone out to a store.

So what all do I need to not forget? I've been collecting my regular supplies but I keep thinking I'm missing something big. LOL

I try to bring everything, but I know that isn't realistic. For my crop this weekend, I prepared 20 layouts to do. Having all the paper, embellishments, and photos in my CM photo layout kit, all I really need is adhesive and journaling pens.

I went through last night and got what I think I will use for the paper and stuff. I'm just worried about the extras. I wasn't sure what all I wanted to take. I know I have too much packed but I'm sure that I probably forgot the one thing I just need. At least at Archivers I can probably buy it if I can't wait till I get home. I'm also going with a couple friends so we can share too.

punches, scissors, tweezers, adhesive wet and dry, corner rounder, trimmer, mat, inks, journalling pens, pencil and notepad for notes and ideas, brads, eyelets, and other metal dumaflotchies. I think that's it, I'm trying to visualize my tote.

I'm going to my first Swarm crop (everyone has Cricuts, get a swarm) tomorrow and I can't wait. There are going to only 10 of us but I think that's just the right size. I've never met any of the girls but I feel like I know some of them from the Cricut mb. I've been packing my stuff all day I don't want to forget anything. Have fun tomorrow

I'm back. I got 8 pages done and did pretty good with my packing. I used most of what I took. I couldn't decide on punches so I took my whole tote which was too many since Archivers had some there to use.

I can't wait to go to the next one its such a creative environment and everyone was helpful with ideas.

I went to my first Cricut swarm today as well! That's pretty funny- we had a blast! Hope you guys did too.
