Has anyone here ever stayed there? Are there any things to take into consideration? Are they likely to put a family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids - 3, 13, 15 & 17) in one room, two rooms, or a suite? Thanks in advance!

I have stayed there twice due to Priceline and didnt like it there..its partly why I dont bid on 3* hotels with Priceline in that area anymore. Its definitely not a 3* hotel

Really? We saw the pics on the travel agent's site and on the Radisson's own site. We're not going through Priceline, and have had to settle for some 1 star hotels, lol. How long ago did you stay there? Are the photos misleading?

I would suggest doing a search on these boards and also check out www.tripadvisor.com
Some good some bad but for us we just didnt feel it was worthy of a 3*. We stayed a couple years ago but I have seen recent complaints also
There are many nicer hotels in the area

Oh, I have no doubt that there are nicer hotels, but are they in our budget? And are they listed on the site where we've got our ticket & room package selected? No deposit yet, but hubby's rather stubborn, lol.
Thank you for the link, I will definitely check it out in the morning. Bed time for now.

I hope you check it out..there are many hotels that are not super expensive and probably nicer. Why dont you post some of the choices you have and posters can let you know what they think??
Many on here have been to WDW multiple times and know the hotels and areas pretty well

Well, the only other hotel in our budget range on this one site is the Seralago. The other site we've been looking at, the hotels there would really be pushing our budget, and we might not be able to afford to go. Our funds are very limited as it is, and we're not able to save anything during the year, which is why we're using our tax refund.
Personally, as long as it's better than some rinky dink wannabe Motel 6, I'll be happy, lol.

Are you by chance not in the US? I dont understand having to use an agency with specific hotels that sound like they must be overpriced if that is all they are offering..

No, we live in TX. But, the agency (http://www.wdwpackages.com) we're using has the best room + tickets deal we've found, and hubby is very stubborn. When he finds something he likes, he sticks to it.
We've looked around and haven't found any other place that won't go over our budget, which is around $3,000 to $3,500 for 10 days total trip, and even then we're skimping on a lot of stuff like meals (mostly in the room, bought from local grocery store like WalMart) and souvenirs. Expenses for six people adds up really fast.
Ah, shoot, and I just remembered the room on the way to Orlando and on the way back.... time to see where we can shift some funds around in the current budget.
