Making ADR's for DDP at 180 days

My 180 day mark is fast approaching and I have a few questions. We have never made ADR's or used the DDP so we are total newbies to the whole thing! TIA for the help!
1. My 180 day mark is November 3, a Saturday, can I make ADR's on Saturday?
2. Can I make them at 12:01 am or do I have to wait for a certain time?
3. We can start making ADR's 180 days from our date of arrival, right? Can we make ADR's for the rest of our vacation as well or do we have to call back for each day at 180 days?
We are really excited and really want to be able to get ressies at certain places.

Ye syou can call them on Saturday and I believe the lines open at 7:00 AM EST
Anyone can make a res. at 180 days. now IF you are staying ON SITE then you can also make the reservations for your entire trip up to a total of TEN days. if you are off site you would have to call each day at the 180 mark of wait till the last day was 180 and call then.
