Day 1:
Was able to catch an earlier flight from NC (was there on business) to Orlando (and was very happy about that). Flight was pretty uneventful. Purchased my Mears ticket and waited about 15 minutes or so for a van. However, experienced (for the first time) the worst service from Mears. The van was packed with people and I did not think much about it since they usually only go to 3 or 4 on-property resorts. Well this van was going to 7 different resorts with 3 that were off property. It took over an hour to get from the airport to my resort (Wilderness Lodge). The driver got lost in one of the off property resorts and kept saying how she was going to complain after this. When she finally dropped me off, she apologized again and suggested that I contact Mears and complain. Since I was so wiped out from the travel, I never got the chance to really enjoy the resort that first night. Just headed for bed and crashed.
