I am not able to bring up my ressie on the DCl site I put in my Conf. # and birthdate, then I click, it says DONE but I do not move off the page.

I did not book it thru the webstie but through dvc member svs.

Also I am trying to download PODCAST -it is telling me it will take 7 hrs to download! Can that be?

It looks like you are doing everything with the website correctly, -does your computer allow 'Cookies' that might be the issue or call DCL.

Podcast I had it downloaded in a min or two, I use cable/broadband, dial up would be slower.

I'm wondering if you're just stuck on the wrong page.
After it says click on submit - do you see a little animated Mickey Head made up of swimming fish? while it says processing...
If so, and you find yourself on a page after that that says:
Welcome YourName!

Don't wait! Simplify the boarding process with My Online Check-In by completing your embarkation forms now!

You should see about 2" below that a link that says:
routes to the port terminal.

View Your Reservation Details (https://secure.disney.go.com/dcl/en_US/myCruise/retrieveReservation?name=MyCruiseRetrieveReservati onPage) - Confirmation #99999999
View and print your detailed cruise reservation confirmation.

If you click on the link where it says View Your Reservation Details, you should see it.

If you aren't getting that far, check to make sure you aren't running either an ad-blocking program or firewall that won't let you get past the page where you enter your login info.

Aside from your reservation # and birthdate do you have a member name and password? I believe that you need a member name and password as well. If you don't you'll need to create an account first.
