Thanks

From DVCmember.com:

If you are an International Member, you can call Member Services toll-free, just like domestic U.S. residents, by dialing a special country access code. Input your country code, then after the prompt, dial the Member Services toll free number.

Selected country access codes:

England: 0800-89-0011 (for use from British Telecom phones)
England: 0500-89-0011 (for use from Mercury Phones)
England: 0800-013-0011 (for use from AT&T Phones)
Scotland & Wales: (same rules as other U.K. numbers)
Argentina: 0-800-555-5288 (for use from ALA phones)
Argentina: 0-800-555-4288 (for use from Telecom phones)
Argentina: 0-800-222-1288 (for use from Telefonica phones)
Brazil: 0800-890-0288 or 0800-888-0288
Mexico: 01-800-288-2872
Venezuela: 0800-225-5288

Hi there,
this is the number that dh and I use from the UK... it's free:
08000130011 then add the dvc member number1800******* when asked.

I've got it saved on my mobile as one long number, I'm pretty sure the break in it comes between the 2nd and 3rd '1' in the middle. You should get through to ATand T (Is that how you write it?) and then get asked to add the number you want! Good luck!

I always use 0800 890011 as the freephone number and we are with Telewest/Virgin.
