View Full Version : We are here at SSR
We just arrived at SSR this morning. ME was great. We arrived at the resort at about 9:30 am. Our room was not ready but they offered us one in the carosel section, which I declined. I really wanted our room in congress park. Our room was ready at 2 pm. The room is a beautiful 2 bedroom on the fourth floor. We have a view of downtown disney, which I am very excited about. We are close to the pool and the playground. I just received my groceries from garden grocer and my luggage. Weather is hot. I really love this resort. If anyone has any questions, let me know.

Welcome home!!! Just got back last Saturday night from my first stay at SSR. I am sure you will enjoy it as much as I did!!!! Have a fun, safe trip!!!

I agree, I also would have waited for room.

Lucky you! I'm glad you got such a great room! I can't wait to go back to SSR in January. I've requested the Springs (where we stayed in January 2006) and Congress Park. I really hope I get either one.

Ok, do your sheets fit the beds? We returned recently and the sheets didn't even come to the bottom of the mattress, let alone tuck them in. I hated it, always woke up on bare mattress. Love SSR, hate linen. I wrote to them and I got a voice mail with a real person from the executive offices of Disney, and if I wanted to talk to her directly to call back....so, wondering if they did anything about those terrible sheets, or do I need to bring my own in Nov when I come back.

i totally forgot about that but you are right!! I stayed there 3 weeks ago and the sheets kept coming off from the top of the mattress. Every morning I would be on bare mattress. The first morning I tried to tuck them in thinking they were just loose but realized there wasnt enough sheet to go around! :sad2:

Did you request the 4th floor?? I was wondering if that is a popular thing as far as a request?
