Question about Mypoints and other programs

I had a wonderful first trip to WDW with my family this past August and saved a bundle thanks to this board. :D

The problem is that now I really want to go back again and take my sister. I have started Mypoints again and am interested in doing others that will help me earn as much towards a future trip as possible. I don't have a specific time frame in mind, but approximately within the next year or so.

Which programs are best for earning Disney $$, or Cash or whatever will best be used towards a Disney Vacation? Also, can I just continue to accumulate points, etc., for a year or more? Do they ever expire if I don't redeem them as I go along? I think I would rather save it up until I'm ready to go- that way I won't be tempted to use it on something else.

Now I just need to post over on the budget board to get some good ideas on how to do the trip cheaply!! :rolleyes: LOL!!

I can't swear by how terrific they are, but I do mypoints, milesource, blink and allthingsrewarded. My mypoints acct say they expire in 2003 but I think I've heard others advise against just holding onto the points because it could just disappear one day and you'd lose everything. I've been advised to cash out as soon as able to prevent that type of thing. My suggestion would be to sign up for the programs you like and then be sure to check if you're buying anything online if the store is available thru a points program. I did a bit of christmas shopping that way. Unfortunately, I haven't found amazon on any of the rewards programs yet, darnnit!

I do Blink, My Points, Milesource, Creation Rewards and Prima Rewards right now...off and on I will go through Greenpoints or will do something on All Things Rewarded...

I've been more ambitious than usual (for me) and have been doing: Emailtreasures, Click to the Magic, Creation Rewards, Prima Rewards, Lift a Gift, All Things Rewarded, MemoLink, Milesource, and MyPoints.

I tend to pick the ones that are very quick to do even if they aren't hugh on the payoff. The ones that seem to make the most points for me are MyPoints (because of the paid e-mails), Memolink (again because of the paid e-mails) and Milesource (click fix is always there).
