non-alcoholic drinks on DDP

I know alcohol is not covered on the DDP, but what types of drinks are you limited to at TS meals? Soda, Ice Tea, Water, Lemonade? Are other non-alcoholic specialty drinks included? What about milkshakes? Or are they considered dessert?

At Le Cellier they do include a milkshake as a bev, but you only get one, whereas Ice tea, soda are as many as you want.

We had milkshakes at Primetime 50's and smoothies at LeCellier and non-alcoholic drinks at Kona Cafe last week for our beverages.

DD had a smoothie (vanilla, yum) at Le Cellier and we had strawberry smoothies at Coral Reef which were very good. The ones at Coral Reef were more like a virgin strawberry dacquiri.
