We leave on Friday and have jut read here that you can prebook your seats with Virgin online! Why didn't I know this, obviuosly I haven't being paying enough attention??! Is it too late now, is it worthwhile, how do I do it etc? Views please from anyone who has done this?
Cheers

Online check-in works 24 hours before departure, unless you are departing from Gatwick, where you can then use the twilight check-in. If all else fails..........arrive at the airport early to get one of the many seats held back for this reason.

Have you booked with Virgin Atlantic? If so, retrieve your booking online and you should be able to book your seats. Only so many are released for pre-booking, though, so you may find there's not much choice at this late stage. If you plan to check in online, you'll also be given an opportunity to choose your seats. If you don't get what you want in advance, you might find there's a better choice when you check in. Which flight are you on?

As long as check in at the first possible moment, whether that be online or at the airport, you should be able to get seats fine. They only release a few for advanced seat selection anyway so there will be loads left.
Don't stress you'll be fine
