We are off to DLP on the 26.11.07 for 5 days 4 nights. We are staying at the Sequoia Lodge.
Is anyone able to tell the opening times for the swimming pool and fitness area for this time of year. Not saying we will ever venture in there because im sure we will be enjoying the parks to much, but thought as the parks close at 6 when we go we make take a dip in the evening.

According to the March hotel brochure 7.00am - 9.45pm. :)

do you think that'll still be the same in dec? mam wants to make the most of the hotel facilities but i'd hate to lose time in the parks with it being our first trip so if there still open once the parks close that'll be great! x

I didn't realise the pool was so late. We go there on Monday, so will add our costumes to the suitcases.

I'd have thought so, Nov - March all fall within the same Winter brochure and I don't actually think the pool/leisure facilities times change at all during the year.
We've never made it to a swimming pool, when we were at the NPB we purposely went back early one evening, I stopped off at the hotel shop to get some gifts and when I got to the room everyone was fast asleep.

My kids are swimming mad... so will def try and make the pool at least once.
dd at 5 can easily do 10-12 lenghs, dives and is level 5, so we try and swim 2-4 times a week. Very hard at the moment as we have to use Pontypool or Nantyglo...
And ds at 3 is just swimming solo or zooming around like a mad one with a float/woggle.

We are checking in to the Sequoia on Nov 18- and when I called to make my reservations last week, the rep told me the pool was going to be closed. You might want to call and find out if it is going to be open during your stay.
