Currently we have a ressie booked for my uncle and his family at OKW with the DDP for Christmas. There is a chance that 2 of his kids will not be able to go, and they are currently on the ressie with the DP. Obviously we will know prior to going down if they are going or not, but....
Do we have to update the ressie prior to checking in? Or at check-in, can we tell them that 2 of the kids aren't there and not to charge for the DDP? I know you can't add people onto the DDP at check-in, but can you take people off??
