Kathy - the way I learned is to open an account at photobucket.com and downloading my pics there. Then you can copy the link to the pic and add it here and the picture comes out (rather than the link).

the above poster already answered this, but i wanted to tell you that when you upload a photo to photobucket.com, there will be four "codes" underneath the photo. you need to copy the bottom code (it starts with something like [IMG]) and paste it into your post. ;)
