I can tell a difference. Hope you can too. The first is 189 lbs. The second is 163 lbs. I am 5'3".
It's frightening posting the nastiest picture that you can find of yourself.

I told DH that he could have set me down & told me my face was that large. I really didn't know. In my mind I have always looked like I did in my twenties. I must have been in major denial.

i can definately see a difference -- GREAT JOB!! especially the 2nd set of photos -- WOWSER! and you look younger and happier too ::yes::

Oh, I can so relate! All DH ever tells me is how beautiful I am.:love:
I had him take pics of me in August when I started the healthier living, and that's the same thing I said to him! Even though I looked in the mirror to get ready every morning, I just didn't realize my face was so BIG!:eek:

You look fantastic! Those pics are awesome!
