Did anyone else see this..S/D child approached by an older man?

I was flipping thru channels last night and on the screen were photos of the Swan/Dolphin pool area. There was a little boy and his dad discussing with the "talking"head" guy about a man asking the boys' sisters some questions. the boy was suspicious, told his parents, They watched the man and he was attempting to harm a girl right there. The boy and his dad apparently stopped it.

I hate to hear this kind of a story, although I am surprised there aren't more of them.

did anyone else hear about this? I know -not a great topic, but a good reminder to ALWAYS keep an eye on your kids-even or especially in WDW!

I agree that we need to keep an eye on our children and educate them. Child molesters go where children are and there are a ton on children at WDW. Please be cautious.

I seem to remember hearing about this, but from what I remember it was a couple of years ago when it happened.

In watching the story on the talk show it seemed like it was very current. Of course the perp had a history and was arrested.

It sounds like the kid was pretty heads up-he said he just knew that it wasn't right-this guy hanging around and trying to talk to his sisters.
The boy looked to be 10 or so.

This happened while I was at WDW, this past May. The human filth actually took the girl and molested her while videotaping himself, I believe this was near the pool area and the boy saw something and alerted his parents.

I really hope this is just a repeat. This exact, and I do mean exact, thing happened last year. A guy asking questions of little kids, a dad and his young son stepped up and stopped it as the 'bad guy' was just getting started. He was then arrested.
Like I said, hopefully, it's just a rehash.

Maybe it just came to light to the talkshow. Very creepy.
