halloween costume--how to get a crown to stay on bald infant's head?

i've got a frog outfit that i'm going to use for halloween for my 7 month old son who doesn't have much hair. there's a visor that has big google eyes, and a tongue at the rim of the visor shade. is there a way that i can attach a crown to make him a frog prince? i figured of all places, SOMEBODY here must've figured out how to do this. :thumbsup2

yes, but how? i want the crown on the top of his head, but the visor goes AROUND his head.
