Opportunity for a night alone in Disney

Dh and I and the boys are coming back to Disney in December. DH's sister is coming for a few days too, which means that we are able to set aside a night to leave the boys with her and we can go out. Any suggetions on what we should do? There are so many options...
DTD, Cirque, go to MK or EPCOT, anything is possible!

Why not do a night at DTD, with a show at Cirque du soleil?

Or, go to the Polynesian and walk around the grounds and top it off with a drink at the Tambu Lounge?

Or, go to the Boardwalk and go to Jellyrolls?

I'm sure that others can give you more ideas...these are just a few!

Bars/Clubs?
Late night just walking and being silly? Or at least no immediate responsibilites! :)
