Question about reservation timeline? Please help

Me and the family are trying to rent points from DVC members for the first time. We are looking at BCV for the June/July 08 timeframe. I have several requests so far from DVC members that will make the reservation 7 months out.

What is the probability of me getting a reservation 7-months out at the Beach Club Villas from 22 June 2008 through 2 July 2008. Am I out to lunch thinking that there will be a room available?

I would truly appreciate your advice and historical knowledge. I just wanna know if it is realistic to expect something to be open on November 22nd.

It's always better to make that reservation during the home resort advantage period. You might try to see if you can find a member with BCV points to make it for you. Otherwise, the member without BCV points may need to call day by day.
