ADR Question

I am arriving on May 4th so my 180 day out date is Nov. 6th. However I've been hearing that you can call 10 days before this date and start reserving ADRs day by day. So when is the right day to call? 180 days out or 180 days + 10?

You have that backwards. if you are staying on property you can call on the 180th day out and book for your entire stay up to ten days, if you were off property you would have to call each day from the 180th to book each days meals.
