Hi everyone. I am getting ready to order a Bagallini Messenger sling for our November Disney trip, and I need your advice.
Which is better, the Rip Stop or the Crinkle Nylon? The Rip Stop is a tad cheaper, but if the Crinkle Nylon is better, I'm willing to pay a few extra dollars. Can anyone tell me what the difference in the two is.
Thanks.

I ordered the Messenger Bag in the Crinkle Nylon and the tag says it is water resistant. It will be my first time using this bag on our upcoming trip. I'm not sure about the rip stop nylon. Hope this helps.

I have the rip stop nylon and I really like it. I can't comment on the crinkle because I've never seen it before in person but I'm a big fan of the rip stop. I even bought a new one for our upcoming trip.

Hi there- what makes these slings better than a backpack? They are really cute but just wondering - also can you wear them on your front? Jen

I returned my baggalini the bag style did not work for me. But I can say the crinkle nylon fabric was great quality.
Hope this helps!

Love my Baggallni....I've tried numerous kinds of bags and at the last minute picked up the messenger bag at Tuesday Morning just in case. I thought the Urban I had bought for the trip would be the one I used....but no.....the messenger is much easier.
I think the crinkle vs rip stop is really a matter of which looks better to you.
My urban is crinkle. My messenger is rip stop. Both fabrics seem to perform the same: water resistant, durable, lightweight, etc. I didn't like the interent pictures of the little blocks in the rip stop fabric....but you really can't see the blocks unless you look up close.

What makes these bags better than a backpack- and can you wear them on your front instead of your back? TIA, Jen

You can wear them front or back - I slide mine to the side, even. They keep your hands free like a backpack but can be worn on the front on the rides, which is great for WDW. Plus, they have all these pockets and compartments to keep everything separate. I have the messenger style and love it. ;)
