Please help!!! Wrong arrival dates!!!

I just called to confirm our arrival at OkW and they have us coming in Oct.8th for 2 nts, not the 9th. The 2 confirmation letters we have state the 9th but they have us coming the 8th. Apparently, I have to go through member services but they're closed until Monday. Please help!!!

Member Services is usually open on Saturdays from 1:00pm until 5:00pm.

I'd call this afternoon and offer to fax a copy of your confirmation showing the correct dates if necessary.

You should also be able to straighten this out when you arrive - Definitely take your confirmation letter with you when you check-in.

I'm surprised that MS isn't open today (1-5) rather than Monday (Columbus Day). :confused3
I'd try to call them this afternoon, just in case the person that said they're closed is wrong (although we all know that CM information can never be wrong....................:rolleyes1 ).

that it seems to be corrected, although some of the cm's are not too bright, they now have the correct info. Nevertheless, I'll be bringing my confirmation# with me!!!:goodvibes

Just FYI, MS is open today and is open on Monday.
