AKV Models at Saratoga Springs - location?

How far of a walk from the boat dock at Saratoga Springs are the AKV models? Is it an uphill walk? I would like to see the models when we are there in October. We will be staying at OKW and would take the boat over. Since I will be pushing an adult in a wheelchair, I was wondering if the walk was on flat terrain. Thanks.

I would say that it's a slight up hill walk in parts. I am not sure how long it would take to walk from the boat dock though sorry.

From the boat dock, you walk through the pool/spa complex to the "main road"...the models are in the old theatre building a short block from the pool/spa complex...maybe 5 minutes? I don't recall any hill-type terrain (I'm a walker, so have walked all over SSR)...I'd say it's more or less flat...
