***i posted this on the familes board and only got 3 responses, so I thought I would try this one too... ***

I need some creative help. My mom is watching my DD, dog sitting, and housesitting while DH and I visit WDW for our anniversary. I would like to thank her for what she is doing and I can't seem to come up with anything that is appropriate.

Here are some ideas I have had:

Send her for a facial & manicure at a local salon (she could go during the day while DD is in school).
Flowers
Basket of goodies (wine, crackers, chocolates...)

What do you think? What would you do for her if she were your mom???

Help!!!

I would do the spa treatments, as I know that is what my mother would be the most excited about.

Spa treatment does it for me too! Its something personal to her and something she will always remember, and also something she might not spend money on for herself.

Or you and DH could take her to see a show, concert etc when you get back.

I vote for the spa treatments :) Then again, it would be nice to have a basket of goodies delivered to her while she is at your house. This is a hard question!

Do the spa treatment and a dinner.
Send her something nice from wdw.
