View Full Version : Help! How Many Posts To Attach Pics?!

I'm sure it's on these boards somewhere, but I can't find how many posts I have to have before I can attach pictures. Can anyone tell me? I think this is my 103rd post. I'm writing a trip report and I want to include some pictures. THANKS!

You should be able to attach pics now. Usually it is about 8-10 posts before posting pics I think.

Yeah, I thought it was something low like 10 posts or something. Try to post a pic and see what happens.

There is no posting attachments. That doesn't change no matter how many posts you have. You can go to a photo hosting site and post your pics that way. It's sort of like putting your ticker in your signature.

You can't attach photos. You can provide a link to them. There is a thread on the technical board that tells you how to do this.

Thanks for the replies..I'll try using photobucket (that's the one I see used most often) and see what happens. Wish me luck!!

use the IMG Code address

what each is used for

You need to use the IMG code

What she said.

Try it again using the IMG code - the last link (3rd one) to use under your photo in photobucket. It will work then.
