We'll be taking a surpise trip to WDW in December and I'm looking for a new way to collect autographs. Both my DDs (12 & 13) have 3 scrapbooks filled with autographs and character pics, but, they never seem to look at them. We are doing several character meals including: LTT, CP, 1900 Park Fare, Norway Princess breakfast and of course we'll be visiting some characters in the parks as well. I was considering 8x10 photo mats--perhaps one for each meal or group of characters (ie-princesses, pooh & gang, fab 5, etc). Any other good ideas? I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks :goodvibes

Photo mats, t-shirts, pillow cases, blankets, etc... I had thought about t-shirts and then when I got home I would embroider over them so the autographs wouldn't fade.

I don't have a cricut (can't justify the cost to DH), but I have tons of Disney die cuts etc. What are you going to do with the icons? Thanks :)

Photo Mat is a really cute idea!!! Never thought of that for just around the park! You could also do a Photo Frame for each park/character meal? Our WalMart has photo frames in the Craft Section (frame = 7.25"x5.5"; opening = 4.75"x3"). You could paint each one a different color or put a park embellishment on there to distinguish (Michael's & Jo-Anns has wooden castles/pirate, etc chipboard like elements). My hubby & I went to Chef Mickey's for our reception and got all the Characters & all in attendance to sign a 11x14 photo mat with a sharpie (a bit big to carry around the parks though). We put our pic from Chef Mickey's in it & it's one of my favorite things from our wedding!
Can't wait until my nephews are old enough to start doing some of these things for them!

Christmas present ??????????
I made the icons about 4" and will have the characters sign those and then scrap them.
