I have a 15yo son (turning 16 at the World on 11/26) who eats like a little kid. He doesn't like real food, he likes chicken strips, grilled cheese and pasta. On the other hand, my 12yo DD eats like a champ and will eat (or at least try) anything.

Can I order kids meals and pay OOP for DS, while my daughter, husband and I use the DDP? I don't want to do it at every table service meal, but at Jiko's and Yachtsman it's going to kill me to use two credits to feed my son either a meal he won't eat, or chicken strips.

TIA!

Yup! I'm almost 100% sure you can do this. I would NEVER use 2 credits for my 16yo to eat grilled cheese!

I believe you can. We did this in 2006 at Coral Reef. My DD, then 11 didn't want anyting on the adult menu. We paid OOP for a kids meal for her.
