Just venting here...trying to look up my HRH reservation on-line at the Universal site, and it keeps giving me an "invalid reservation" error message. I know it's fine since I have a printed copy and the email confirmation, but it's really annoying, especially given what we pay for the privilege of staying on-site

You can only view your reservation online if you've booked online. If you called them to make the reservation, you cannot view the reservation online. Is that your issue?

Nope, I made the original reservation online and re booked once more at a lower rate (also online). I did call to check on the possibility of an upgrade, but otherwise did not change the reservation.
Thanks

It is certainly my issue. :) It doesn't make sense why it should matter WHERE you made the ressie. If you go through Loews website or Universal website, you get the same booking service. It just seems like common sense that CALLING Lowes would get you the same booking service through their over the phone reservation system as you would get on the internet. :confused3 I personally would appreciate the ability to view my reservation online.
I've made ressies on the phone and viewed them online. Has it changed since the spring?

ok, I just decided to give it a try (had not previously). If you go to the Loews website and click *retrieve a reservation*, it will ask for last name and confirmation #. Everything will show up. It worked for me.

If you go through Loews website or Universal website, you get the same booking service...Without knowing their system arrangements you are not really able to make a claim like this since Universal and Lowes and two distinct companies. If it is true that your reservations are handled differently by calling than booking on-line, then you are most likely looking at more than one system which has limits due to it's architecture.

I am aware that computers have made the world much more complicated than the eye can see. Booking an online reservation through Loews or Universal takes you to the same netbooker site. That's all I meant. No harm intended.

As I stated in the original post, I made my reservation on-line and I'm unable to view it on-line.
Perhaps your name is spelled incorrectly on your reservation.

No . . . you are correct. I made my October, 2007 reservation by telephone and have been able to check it online . . . often. :)
