Paradise Point Tram

Has anyone taken the Paradise Point Tram in St. Thomas. If so is it worth it and far is it from the dock?

It's a very short walk from the dock. As far as it being worth $15 per person, I would have to say no. For $20 per person, jhalkias and his family got a tour of St. Thomas from a friendly taxi driver. They got to see a lot more of the island for not much more than we paid for the tram ride. The view from the top of Paradise Point is spectacular, but that's about it.

We did the tram tour less than two weeks ago (wow! time sure flies!) It's a pretty short walk from the ship. Is it worth it? Hard to say...some people drop $15 in 25 minutes at a bar on board...to me, that's not worth it, so it's relative. We had a great time. The view was amazing. It is our favorite spot! We ride the tram up, sit and relax and enjoy the view. There is also a tropical bird show that is cute to watch. Our kids really enjoyed going up and looking at the view, the birds and the shops. There is also a nice breeze so it isn't to hot. At least that was in Aug. we shall see this March. Kathy
