Ok...its our first trip to Disney during the holiday season :santa: , my husband and I are going for our 3rd wedding anniversary. And although we've been reassured a couple of times now that it won't be too terribly crowded, I still have some concerns.

I think we've covered it all - Starting and ending during the week. Only 1 weekend. MVMCP during the week. All the meals have been reserved - on the dining plan, even managed to snag a Cinderella's Royal Table Lunch. Flights reserved.

Anything else I should be aware of? Anyone ever go the week before the holiday? I've heard the week of is insanely crowded...I'm hoping to avoid some of that by going a little earlier. Any suggestion on what to pack?:laundy:

Would you share your day-by-day planned itinerary? I know it's a lot to ask but I'm planning our first Disney trip (we're 5 months married now! 3 years is such an achievement- congrats!) and was curious what others are planning and how you hope to see the sites during that time... please share details when you get back! I look forward to hearing about favorite restaurants.

As far as your question, packing, everything I've read says December can be shorts and t-shirts on Monday and hat and mittens on Thursday. Comfortably cool (at least for those of us used to COLD weather) at times but cool nonetheless.
