I know the official convention info isn't out yet, but is there a place 'round here that has the info on the "unofficial" events and such?

I am soooo looking forward to this and meeting sooooo many of my DIS buddies!! :)

Bernie, just keep your eye on this board. New ideas and other unofficial events pop up here all the time. SSB has already set a date for his DATW party. That's listed here on this board on another thread. I think he picked Dec. 6 as the date. We're all patiently (?) watching and waiting for th "official" announcement, 'cause you know we're not missing a minute of the next convention!!!!!! :D :D

This may not be the proper place to sign up but my wife and I will be there 11/30 to 12/07/2002. Four nights at the Poly then 3 nights at AKL. I don't know how much time this will allow for us to get involved but count us in. We were at the YC for 4 nights but DW wanted to switch to Poly(her favorite)..smjj
