room key/charge food?

I have a question regarding room keys. If I send my teenagers off to the park on their own, can they charge all their food to the room and would this include all the citywalk restaurants?

If you are staying onsite, you can put charging priviledges on your room key. You can charge to the room at any restaurant or shop on Universal Orlando property.

I had them put a limit on my daughter's card. I could just see it, "Look what I bought Mom" "Gee this "magic card" is great!"
