Changing a reservation

My family is planning a trip for next summer and we'd like to rent a Grand Villa at OKW. However we own in Beach Club so we aren't at 7 months to make a reservation at OKW yet.

Is it possible to book 2 two bedrooms at Beach Club now and then once we hit 7 months change the reservation to a Grand Villa at OKW? There are some good airline deals we'd possibly like to take advantage of.

Yes... This is the typical way of working the process. Book at home and then hope to book away. If all fails, you have your home booking. Be careful though.... some people have actually lost their bookings while trying to book another. It does happen.

Unless you have enough points to keep the entire BCV reservation while you try to book OKW day-by-day, you could end up having to move during your vacation. GVs are usually difficult to book at 7 months, so folks call day-by-day. Calling at 7 months from checkout for the whole reservation would simplify the process, but it could jeopardize your chances of getting all the days. Good luck!
