Question PLEASE

Any one ever try the Gizelle (spelling?) exercise machine they advertise on TV? It is sort or like just gliding or a sking (back and forth motion)..I was wondering if it was any good..I am getting bored with walking and thought maybe a change!! And I am trying to get motivated to join all you WONDERFUL people here,,,I read your infomation and all the help you are to each other,,I JUST need a KICK in the B*** to get me going!!:rolleyes:
