I thought I'd share my photos since I've received several PM's about my Signature stay. Sorry for the blurriness, I didn't bring my good camera because I didn't want to lug it around. (Big mistake). The suite I stayed in is owned by a wonderful couple from New Jersey and they rent it for far less than if you went through The Signature directly. As you can see they take really good care of it and the level of service was exceptional. (PM me if you want more info.)

I knew this was going to be a good trip when we got up graded to this as our rental car.

The hallway (there's only 16 suites to a floor so it's always quiet and we never saw or heard housekeeping)

Unfortunately, this shot didn't turn out so well. The lighting seemed off and it could have been the camera. I decided I won't be bringing it on anymore vacations.

The bedroom part of the suite

The living room part of the suite (the couch pulls out into a bed)

The kitchenette part of the suite (you can't see it because it blends in with the countertop but there's a 2 burner stove under the microwave. To be honest we didn't do any cooking, there are so many great food choices in Vegas.

The bathroom (yes, that's a flat panel tv on the left of the sink. I loved that tv, DH would come in there on occasion to see if I was getting ready or just watching tv)

The view to the right (that's McCarren Internation Airport but your not disturbed by planes taking off)

The view straight ahead

The view to your left overlooks the MGM Grand pool (we enjoyed our pool so much we didn't even go to the MGM pool, each Signature Tower has its own pool.)

My DH, 2 young children and I are going to Vegas to celebrate my dad's 75th birthday. You mentioned you rented the suite directly from the owner. Is it possible for you to provide me more info about the rate you got? We are interested in staying there.

TIA!

If you look at VRBO.com you'll see a number of Signature rentals. Most are structured as a percentage off the rack rate (inlcuding taxes) plus some additional fees. Our 1BR rental back in October was structred as 30% of rack rate, with $100 in fees owed to the Signature on checkout. That did not include daily maid service, which we would have paid for directly from the hotel.

Total for 4 nights (1 weekend + 3 weeknights) was about $850 to the guy, plus the $100 to the hotel on checkout.

The owner I rented from doesn't charge any fees except the cost of the room, sales tax and then you have to pay the Signature a $25 administrative fee when you check out and she you get daily made service for no extra charge.

Total for 4 nights (1 weekend + 3 weeknights) was about $850 to the guy, plus the $100 to the hotel on checkout.

I stayed 6 nights for $750 and $25 to the hotel at checkout.

That's the problem with alot of the owners on VRBO.com, they fee you to death.
