Staying 12 in a "grand villa"?

Hey gang! DH, DS and I will be vacationing at another resort this summer w/some friends and are staying in the DVC equivalent of a grand villa. There will be 12 people in all: 6 adults, 6 children.

We'll be cozy but we'll fit. Any tips for handling such close quarters? What are some of your routines/traditions for staying this many people in a "GV"?

BTW, we'll be at Hammock Beach on the Palm Coast, just outside of St. Augustine. Anyone know it?

Get out of the house as much as possible? Take your shower early so there is hot water? Claim your bed before you get stuff with the sleeper sofa??
