Bounce Back Question

My sister is in WDW now and wanted to book the bounce back for me and her to go next year with our two children, well when she called they told her that if me and my daughter were not there she could not book it, but she says that she saw on here that some families were able to do it~ Does anyone have any info on this? When I was there two weeks ago I booked 2 rooms for next year on the bounceback program for myself and DH and another room for my Dsis and BIL. I was told I could do this because I had 2 adults in my room (myself and DD who's 26). I had to pay the deposit for both rooms on my CC. I have also received receipts for both with two different booking numbers for next year. Tell your sister to call back again and just say she wants to book 2 rooms..give your name for one and her name for the other. Use the same address if you have to. Often one CM says one thing and the next person you talk to has a totally different answer
