I was wondering when is BCV open for ressies??? I thought it was suposed to open in Nov!? but is it opening earlier?? and when do they start taking bookings??
I wasnt contacted by my dvc rep, I was told I would be :(
when I inquired about when BCV was going for sale when I was in wdw in January! I just found out today on these boards!
so, when did the BCV start selling? and could I buy a DEC use yr add on now, or are they just selling Jan & feb now???
the price is $75, and when is the price increase to $80 taking place???
and am I correct that you can get it for $70 now w/the $5 incentive??? and does anyone know of any incentives after the price increase?????

You must have been absent for a week- There's been quite a lot of talk about BCV's! They went on sale Feb 3. No word on how long the $5 off or free hotel stay will last and no news what incentive will replace it. Price will go to $80 June 2. You can do an add on for any use year, new contracts are for Feb use year. Incentive only good on add on of 100 points or more. Search the last week and you will get more details. Call your guide if he/she hasn't called you.

BCV is set to open in August 2002..... They are selling Feb use year. We were told our closing date would be June 1, when we could begin making ressies at BCV.

We purchased on 2/3 and understood that even though we won't close until June we can make BCV reservations on 3/6.

We also purchased points as a new member on Tuesday and were told that we could make reservations on March 6th for stays after August 1st even though closing is not until June.

Thanks so much for sharing the pics with us! It sure helps to see all the angles. What is your impression of size? The studio looks a little smaller than BWV but maybe that's just the perspective. The sofa looks really close to the bed. Thanks again- we have a long wait until next December!

Darthgoofy, thanks for sharing. These are the best pictures I have seen yet of the BCV. Do you think the colors in your pictures are pretty close to the real colors. Such as the bedspread on the master bed, the ones on the DVC web site it looks real yellow. It looks much better in your picture.

What wonderful pictures! These are definitely the best pix I have seen of BCV. I didn't even want to stay there looking at the pix on the Disney site but now I think I'm in trouble. I was all set to add on at my home resort, now I'll have to give it some serious thought! Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the pics.
Interesting design for the TV stand/dresser in the studio. It would have made more sense to have that shelving along the left side replaced by a stack of drawers facing to the side if there were nowhere else to put additional drawers. Drawer space in the studio is the one shortcoming my DW and I experience at BWV.

These are not actually my pics, but I am glad to share them.
Terry S, My wife and I looked at the models just last week. I thought these pictures were a better representation of the rooms than the ones on the DVC website. That being said, I have slept since then, I could be mistaken. But I can say with certainty that the models looked great.
