I read about these over on a certain running magazine's forum ;)

Races2Remembers. They have bibs that they call Back Stories that have funny little sayings well they also have a couple that allow for you to personalize. The great thing is the border looks to be a pretty kewl green color :)

I went ahead and ordered Susan, Cathy, Mom and myself each one for the Tower of Terror as we plan on wearing some deocrated tech shirts for the ToT Race and I wanted to make sure we showed our WISH Spirit in some form :)

Until Sunny has more free time to work on the bib project she had going I figured this might fit the bill for us for ToT for those of us who were wanting to dress up a bit for this race.

They use Paypal for payment. I've emailed them today to make sure when I placed the order that we'd get it in plenty of time before we fly and they were quick with a response :)

I did actually have some thoughts. Not fun stuff, but in memory of.

However, I LOVE this: It's either a PR or the ER!

Judy I really like that one too, I am tempted to buy one to wear on my back for the Marathon :)

Dave i also like the bib that says... 'the end justifies the means'

here is the link to the ones with sayings.

There is a T-shirt that says on the back: "You just got passed by a walker".

Who has that? I'm a fan of One More Mile shirts/sayings too :) I have only 1 so far but one of these days i'm going to order more or at the very least pick up a couple at the Marathon Expo :)

Our bibs arrived today :) They are on the small bib size (think local 5K typical bibs)

The border is definitely lime green :cool1: I had WISH RACING TEAM typed in the blank area.

I'm not 100% sure how unrippable or waterproof they are since I'm not about to attemp to rip or soak one LOL But I will post back after Tower and let others know for future reference how well they held up. I will probably be beating mine because I will safety pin it to my leg. I hope that works out ok since I've never done that but have seen others tolerate it so will give it a go. The bibs really are more for the back so we'll see how they hold up to the brutal leg motions of this newbie :)

The race is now officially 30 days out!!!! Can't wait for our 'group run' on 10/27 :woohoo:

I will probably be beating mine because I will safety pin it to my leg. Diane - I STRONGLY suggest that you pin it to your shorts instead. My personal experience is that safety pinning anything to your leg HURTS! :rotfl:
