DL ECV rental?

I've read all about ECV rental at WDW, and if I could do a search on DL, I would. :confused3
We are taking my parents to DL in November. My 80 year old father was reluctant to even go to the parks--his knees are so bad that he can't really walk very much. I want to rent an ECV for him so he can enjoy the magic. Any details/info about ECV availability/rental is much appreciated.

I have never been to DL, however if you Google

Disney Land scooter rental

You will probably come up with some hits that may include other message boards where people who have used rentals at DL could give you a recommendation or two.

You also might want to check out allearsnet.com and passporter.com for information, as I believe both cover Disney Land in addition to Disney World.

I'm sorry for not having noticed your question about DL, not WDW.

On this and other boards I have seen the following.

One is that Allan's is bad news (and I also have personal experience with this).

I have heard good reports about a company called Deckert Surgical. Here is a link (http://mousepad.mouseplanet.com/showpost.php?p=1123210&postcount=11) from another board with information about them.

And also there is Scootaround, which is national but has interesting fees.
