exchange tickets

can someone help me . I bought tickets to universal a couple months in advance of our upcoming trip. now 2 of the people that were going can't make the trip. we are planning on taking different people now. the problem that I need help with is I put the names on the tickets already, I don't want to try to erase them. is there a way to exchange the tickets? I bought the tickets at AAA.

Just take the tickets to guest services and explain the situation so they can reprint them. But they won't be asking for ID on the tickets at the turnstiles so another name on the ticket won't matter as long as they haven't been used. The only time that the name much match is with annual passes.
