I just did a round-trip to Phoenix in a sorry old truck with 160,000+ <hard --very hard> miles on it. The poor ole thing wheezed...it pootied...it whistled...it roared... it grunted... it groaned... it went down the road sorta sideways (somebody'd collided with a horse in it some # of years ago) Its lift gate wouldn't work so some fella I don't even know had to help me wrestle a piece of extremely heavy lab equipment out of it... Based on the smell, I estimate at least 6 billion cigarettes have been smoked in it over its lifetime -- so it's probably got cancer in addition to terminal body rot...It DID, however, get me back home -- so Thank Goodness for that at least. oooooohhhh....I am SO hitting the Pirins tonight. :headache:

Just think, maybe Bill will come back in and flash his rock some more!

BTW, Diane said you were great, and she freaked out when I asked her about the rye bread :rotfl2:

Trust me, the world would be better off without Bill or his rock. The other day I heard "Loot at my rock, it's a blue diamond about 5 times...

They went to the seaside "fun fair", it was pretty funny!

Haven't seen that one. Were Onslow, Daisy, Rose, and dear, brave Daddy in it? I tend to believe English sea-side amusement parks would be more their thing than Hyacinth's. I'm trying to think which one is my favorite --but they're all pretty good -- Maybe the baby-christening... A lifetime ago, I worked for the nicest, funniest little man you'd ever want to meet and he was married to a lady with a lot of Hyacinth's tendencies...

Rose, you know her, the one without room for a Pony had to show up to tell her that daddy had gone missing! Daisy had it out for the Viccor, and they took some old folks to an amusement park. Seeing Hycinth in the fun house was worth popping the popcorn alone!

Well yes, Dear -- Violet is the one with room for the pony and the Mercedes. (also -- the very erratic Bruce :lmao: )
