What is the earliest flight you would recommend taking out of MCO after you leave the boat and travel back to Orlando?

Beware of booking too early...on our cruise last weekend, the check-in line for American was not bad, but the security line literally stretched all the way back to the doors to get in to the check-in area!! Our flight wasn't until 2 p.m., so we ate at Chilis and the line thinned out some. I think that all of the passengers from the various cruise lines all come in around the same time on Sunday morning. The wait time was being quoted as 90 minutes when we got there, but we ended up waiting about 30.
