For those in the know about WH condos

Okay, so I posted a question about wanting to be in Building 8 (or even 7), but since posting that I have another question. After looking into it more I found several beautiful condos in those buildings, but they are all three bedrooms.

I am looking for a two bedroom because that's all we really need, and they tend to be a little bit cheaper. Does anyone know if maybe building 7 and 8 don't have two bedroom condos? :confused3

All I know is that there are very few 2 bedroom condos, mostly 3 bedrooms. From those I've seen a lot of the 2 br are on the ground floor. :confused3

Really? I never knew that. I rented a 2 br condo on floor 3 for my mother for next year and seemed to have no trouble finding them when I did the search.

Not sure what building it is in though. (We didn't care about that.)

Don't be stuck on 2 bedroom. I was at 1st thinking it would be cheaper (as that's all we need anyway). But as I started looking, I thought, what the heck, I will get quotes for 3 bedroom, and most of them were cheaper. And then I started getting quotes on townhomes, and guess what? Some of those were cheaper than the 3 bedroom condos :thumbsup2 And where we will be, we should be about 1/2 way between the pool/rec area and the playground.

There are very few 2 bedroom condos in Windsor Hills, there are also very few 4 bedroom homes, kind of odd but the builder figured they could sell 3 bedroom ones easier!
