View Full Version : Sohow do you handle luggage w. the new BCV check in area?

Now that the BCV check in area is actually at the villas, what do you do w. your luggage - drag it all the way over there-drop it off at the main entrance or what?

We always check our luggage with bell services when we arrive before we head to check in. So that will not change no matter where we may go for a check in desk.

If you use Magical Express that should not change either. Your luggage will arrive later in your room.

Unless using ME for part of our family, we'll leave the luggage in the rental car until we know if the room is ready. That is no change for us. If we're all together, my DH will probably drop me off at the circle to check in while he parks just as we used to do. But now I'll walk into BCV instead of the main building. I'm looking forward to using the new check in.:cool1:

We gave our luggage to bell services, the car was valet and the valet told us about the new check in location.

It only needs the lead name to check in, doesn't it? So I could get everyone else to head into BCV with the luggage, while I go over to the main desk to check (as we are arriving after 6 pm). So which way do you go into the Villas from the circle, without going through the Beach Club - is it obvious?!

But from the circle, head for the Ariel statue by the green building....that's BCV. BC is blue.

We are using a town car service. We did have a wander round the BC and Villas last time we were there - but that was nearly 3 years ago now, so it's all a bit hazy! So I just want to confirm ithat there is a path that goes from the circle, past the end of the Solarium and then onto the Villas?

There is indeed such a path. One they pass the Solarium, there is a diagonal walk toward Ariel and the entrance to BCV. Of course, the Solarium itself could be a good place for them to wait while you check in.
