Disneyworld Vacation Planning Video??

I was wondering if anyone has an 800 number for me to call to order a vacation planning video? I tried ordering it from the site, but it tells me that it doesn't recognize my username or password, and when I click on send password, it says my 15 minutes are up or something like that, and there is no email addy to report these glitches to.

I called 1-800-727-5513 on Saturday Feb 2 and spoke to a very nice woman who asked me a few Disney related questions. I received the video in the mail on Friday Feb 8. It was mailed within Canada. I had filled in the form on the web site previously but when I received the video about 6 weeks later it was not the 100th anniversay one. I got the 1-800 number from a television commercial.

I gave my video to a friend and re-ordered one for myself ~ it took less than one week!
