:surfweb: Looking all over the web for recommendations for restaurants near Radison Resort in Celebration and having hardly any luck.

We are going for Christmas and I am trying to book NICE places for our arrival and Christmas Eve. Any suggestions?

Also, any opinions on recent visits to Radison Resort would be so appreciated.

Thanks ALL!!! :grouphug:

Shameless but honest plugs here:

Cafe D'Antonio - downtown Celebration. Very good and creative Italian. Pretty casual, medium pricey. Locally owned and operated.

The Colombia - downtown Celebration. Very good Cuban\Spanish - excellent wine list. Somewhat casual - medium pricey. Small chain.

If you choose one of these, it also gives you the chance to enjoy Celebration's hourly "snowfall", carriage rides, hayrides, train rides, Santa & Mrs. Claus, and strolling Victorian carolers.

You'll also be very close to a Charley's Steak House, a small semi-pricey chain. Haven't eaten at this location but it's very well regarded locally.

Can't comment on your hotel - just be aware it's near, but not in Celebration.

I'll also recommend the Plantation Room at the Celebration Hotel. Very nice upscale.

I would recommend the Town Tavern in Celebration. Heavy emphasis on New England seafood as well as typical tavern fare. The owners are a Boston area family that operate a well known seafood restaurant. The seafood is flown in fresh daily. YUMMY!!

Have a great trip.:cool1:
