NY strip steak

Hi

does anyone know the recipe for the NY strip steak at the Coral Reef? My hubby loved it and i would like to try and attempt to make it as a suprise

This is the method
. . . buy or rent 3-5 acres of farmland
. . . buy a calf
. . . raise calf to a cow
. . . butcher cow
. . . save a strip steak
. . . buy a grill
. . . buy charcoal and put in grill
. . . lite charcoal
. . . toss on meat and grill to taste
. . . add potatoes au gratin to plate
. . . add meat to plate
. . . pour demi-glacé over meat
. . . serve hot


NOTE: The secret is the demi glacé sauce. If you make it yourself, count on about 20-25 hours of cooking and straining. A simpler way is to buy Demi Glaze Gold. It is a commercial sauce that is used at several WDW eateries. It comes constituted in 16 oz and 1.5 oz sizes.
