good price for comfort suites

Can anyone tell me how much they paid for a room at comfort suites in Nassau. We want to use facilities at Atlantis, but do not want to pay the 300.00 for a room there. The best price I have seen for Comfort Suites is 148.00. AAA rate. Anyone do better. Should I wait for a better price or book now. We will be going in November and I am afraid they will book up. It isn't so much the room rate as it is the additional charges. If kids are over 15 they are 30.00 more, then there is 12% tax and 6.50 per person resort cost. In my case with a room rate of 166.50, the total will be for 2 adults, 10 and 15 year old, it will be 246.08, that works out to 61.52 each. I am seriously considering not doing this.
